Like is that red icon supposed to replace the black one but something buggy split them up and that's why I can't interact with it at all? When I came back, I saw the CC app icon in the notification area and the desktop shortcut was moved so I figured it must have opened and run an update. i have a long standing issue with Adobe Creative Cloud. I turned my computer on a while ago and the CC app wasn't open since I don't have it set to launch on startup.
